Shipping policy
Shipping Times:
Regular orders will be shipped within 3 business days.
Tracking information will be provided in a shipping confirmation email once the order has left our manufacturing facility.
Shipping times vary but generally take between 6-10 business days after leaving our warehouse.
- Please allow for delays that are outside of our control. These include external factors such as weekends, holidays, weather, courier delays.
Shipping Locations:
We currently offer free global shipping.
We offer shipping to the following countries:

Europe: All European Countries and United Kingdom,

North America: Canada, United States

Asia: Singapore, Japan
Unfortunately at the moment, we do not offer shipping to other locations.
Important Information:
We are not responsible for any customs clearance, or customs fees associated with your purchase.
We are not responsible if you input an incorrect or incomplete address. This results in the package being returned to sender – often this can take 4 – 6 weeks.
- If your order was legitimately unable to be delivered it will be returned to sender then we will contact you for a new shipping address. We will then reship your order for free.
- The reason we can’t reship any missing package until we receive the return-to-sender is because as we started out, we have gotten more fraudulent “missing package” emails.
